Our return policy is such that if the package has been opened, then return is not possible because once the seal is broken, that product is of no use to us. If the package is sealed, you will have to inform us within 7 days of the return. It is necessary to make a video of the proper unboxing of each order. If there is any fault in it, support is available from our side and the company's side.
