Neera Seeds Cancellation Policy

Neera Seeds believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has, therefore, a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  1. Cancellation Requests:

    • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.

    • Cancellation requests will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the vendors/merchants and the shipping process has been initiated.

  2. Same Day Delivery Orders:

    • No cancellations are allowed for orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

  3. Special Occasion Products:

    • Orders for products obtained on special occasions by the Neera Seeds marketing team cannot be canceled, as these are limited-time offers.

  4. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive damaged or defective products, please report the issue to our Customer Service team.

    • The request will be entertained only after the merchant has verified the issue.

    • Such claims must be reported within 1 day of receipt.

  5. Product Not as Expected:

    • If the product received is not as shown on the website or as per your expectations, notify Customer Service within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Our Customer Service Team will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.

  • Neera Seeds does not offer any subscription services. All purchases on our website are one-time transactions only.
