Refund Policy
Once an order is delivered and accepted by the customer, it cannot be refunded. However, if you find that your order does not match the specifications or is unsatisfactory, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours of receipt. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we offer a flexible cancellation policy to help where possible. Cancellations are accepted only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, cancellations cannot be processed if the order has already been communicated to the vendor or merchant and the shipping process has begun.

  • Orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category are non-cancellable.
  • Special offers or limited-time products offered by Neera Seeds, such as promotional items, are non-cancellable as they are unique offers.

If you receive damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Care team immediately. We will only proceed with the refund or exchange once the merchant has verified the issue on their end. This should be reported within 1 day of receiving the product.

If the product you received differs from what was shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, please contact our Customer Care team within 24 hours. We will review your complaint and take appropriate action based on our findings. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns promptly.
